Fourth Sunday in Lent Grace and the Law

Writer's picture: Michael BlitzMichael Blitz

On the Fourth Sunday in Lent, we look this week at the fourth chapter of Paul's Epistle to the Galatians. Paul has seen the people he brought to Christ take on the burdens of the Law. Using the Allegory of Hagar and Sarah, Paul shows why Salvation by Grace is a wonderful gift of God, while the efforts of man, pictured in Hagar, fall short.
