An Ambassador in Chains
Notice - We will be holding a Memorial Service for Lori Crosson this Saturday at 10 am. It will also be broadcast online on our Facebook Page. Today, we see Paul talk about how true strength isn’t power or control, but courage — the boldness to speak Christ’s truth even in chains. Church members and friends can support St. John's By-the-Sea by visiting our website https://www.stjohnsbythesea.com/donate , where a donation can be made by PayPal if you prefer that to mailing you

One Goal: To Live is Christ
What is the one thing your heart desires? We’re accepting Dedications for the Bibles in Memory or in Honor of love

Good Cheer for the Right Thing
When a paralytic’s friends brought him before Jesus, the savior’s first words to him were not “Rise and walk,” but “Be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you.” Today we look at why forgiveness is the greatest miracle of all, and why we must learn to rejoice in what is unseen rather than what is temporary. We bought 60 Bibles to replace our current well-worn collection of 1984 NIV Pew Bibles. G ood News, we are at a total of about 45 so far! We’re accepting Dedications for

We are planning to buy 60 Bibles to replace our current well-worn collection of Pew Bibles. G ood News, we are over halfway to our goal in one week! We’re accepting Dedications for the Bibles in Memory or in Honor of loved ones for $10 each which will be placed permanently in the front of the Pew

When God Turns on the Light
Elijah’s encounter with the widow of Zarephath shows how God uses seasons of loss and exposure to bring healing and faith. When God turns on the light, it isn’t to shame us, but to lead us to confession, forgiveness, and life. We are planning to buy 60 Bibles to replace our current well-worn collection of Pew Bibles. G ood News, we are over halfway to our goal in one week! We’re accepting Dedications for the Bibles in Memory or in Honor of loved ones for $10 each which will
